BB Sheba (also known as Brahmanbaria E-Sheba) is operated by
Aksit Firm. This page explains how to request deletion of your
account and associated personal data, as required for Google Play.
How to delete your account (in-app — recommended)
- Open the BB Sheba app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Account & Privacy (or Account settings).
- Tap Delete Account and confirm. Email/password users may need to enter their password.
In-app deletion removes your Firebase Auth account and associated profile /
donor data we store for you (see below).
How to request deletion by email
Send an email to:

- Subject line: BB Sheba Account Deletion Request
- Include the email and/or phone number used with your account.
- Optionally include your display name and any hospital/donor role notes.
We verify the request and process deletion. You should receive confirmation
by email. Typical completion: within 30 days of a verified request
(often sooner when you delete in-app).
What data is deleted
- Firebase Auth account (login credentials / Google-linked sign-in for this app).
- Account profile data (name, email, phone, photo, preferences stored on your user document).
- Donor profile and donation history tied to your user ID.
- User-owned submissions under your account.
What may be retained (and for how long)

Operational / safety copies: limited records needed for abuse
prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance may be kept for up to
about 90 days, then removed or anonymized where practicable.

Shared workflow data: information already shared with other users
in an accepted blood request, chat, or appointment (for example messages or
booking details visible to another party) may remain in that other user’s view
or in service logs as needed to keep the service coherent and lawful. We do not
use retained personal data to market to you after account deletion.

Aggregated / anonymized diagnostics: crash or usage metrics that
cannot reasonably identify you may be retained.

Data we must keep longer under applicable law will be retained only for that purpose
and period.
Partial data without deleting the account
You can update or correct profile information and turn donation availability
on or off in the App. We do not currently offer a separate
“delete some collected data types while keeping the account” request flow beyond
normal in-app edits. For full removal, delete the account (in-app or by email).

অ্যাপে অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছবেন কীভাবে (সুপারিশকৃত)
- BB Sheba অ্যাপ খুলে সাইন ইন করুন।
- প্রোফাইল → Account & Privacy (অ্যাকাউন্ট সেটিংস) এ যান।
- অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছুন / Delete Account ট্যাপ করে নিশ্চিত করুন। ইমেইল/পাসওয়ার্ড ইউজারদের পাসওয়ার্ড লাগতে পারে।

যাচাইয়ের পর আমরা মুছে ফেলি। সাধারণত যাচাইকৃত অনুরোধের
৩০ দিনের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হয় (অ্যাপে মুছলে প্রায়ই তাৎক্ষণিক)।
কী মুছে যায়
- লগইন অ্যাকাউন্ট (Firebase Auth / Google সাইন-ইন)।
- প্রোফাইল তথ্য (নাম, ইমেইল, ফোন, ছবি ইত্যাদি)।
- ডোনার প্রোফাইল ও দানের ইতিহাস।
- আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের অধীনে থাকা সাবমিশন।
কী রাখা হতে পারে
- নিরাপত্তা/আইনি প্রয়োজনে সীমিত রেকর্ড — সাধারণত প্রায় ৯০ দিন পর্যন্ত, তারপর মুছে বা বেনামী করা।
- অন্য ব্যবহারকারীর সাথে ইতিমধ্যে শেয়ার হওয়া রিকোয়েস্ট/চ্যাট/অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট-সংক্রান্ত তথ্য সেবা চালু রাখতে থাকতে পারে।
- ব্যক্তি সনাক্ত না করা যায় এমন অ্যাগ্রিগেট ডায়াগনস্টিক্স।
